On the top, the issuer name "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela». On the bottom, the denomination in words "CIEN BOLÍVARES" «one hundred Bolívares» and the payment clause "PAGADEROS AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO" «Payments to the Bearier in the Offices of the Bank». In each corner the denomination value "100".
Reverse: Design in brown with frame-like border. In the center, Coat of Arms. In each side, the denomination value "100". On the top, the issuer name "BANCO CENTRAL DE VENEZUELA" «Central Bank of Venezuela». On the bottom, the denomination in words "CIEN BOLÍVARES" «one hundred Bolívares».
Similarities of the reverse design: The design is similar to Design A, Type A, with a change of the lowest motto in the Coat of Arms from "EEUU DE VENEZUELA" to "REPUBLICA DE VENEZUELA" «Republic of Venezuela», due to the country name change by the new constitution.
