Above, the issuer name "BANCO DE MARACAIBO" - "COMPAÑÍA ANÓNIMA". On each side, the denomination value "400" within a guilloche. On the left, allegorical of a standing woman holding a book. On the bottom left, Coat of Arms. In upper corners the denomination value "400" within a guilloche. On the bottom, the signatures zone. Above, splitted in two parts, the denomination in words "CUATROCIENTOS BOLIVARES" and Payment clause "Que se pagaran al portador a su presentacion en las oficinas del banco" «Payable to bearer in the office of the bank». On the upper right, the date filling space "____ de 19__".
