Below, the denomination in words "CIEN BOLÍVARES" «one hundred Bolívares». In each side, within a guilloche the denomination value "100". On the right, the date filling space. In each corner within a guilloche the denomination value "100". On the bottom, the signatures zone. Above, the payment clause "PAGADEROS AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO" «Payments to the Bearier in the Offices of the Bank». In the top, the legend of the capitalization amount "CAPITAL Bs 24.000.000".
Reverse: Design in brown. In the center, inside a circle Coat of Arms with the motto "INDEPENDENCIA", "LIBERTAD", "5 DE JULIO 1811", "28 DE MARZO 1864" and "DIOS Y FEDERACION", on each side the denomination value "100". Above and below of the Coat of Arms the issuer name "BANCO DE VENEZUELA". In each corner the denomination value "100".
