Below, the denomination in words "VEINTE BOLIVARES" «twenty Bolívares». In the bottom border, the payment clause "QUE SE PAGARÁN AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO A PRESENTACIÓN, EN DINERO EFECTIVO" «will pay to the bearer in the office of the bank upon presentation, in cash». In each corner the denomination value "20" within a guilloche.
