In the center, over the field, body of the Coat of Arms with a horse stand up toward the right looking at left (from the viewer's perspective), with the motto "19 DE ABRIL DE 1810", "INDEPENDENCIA", "20 DE FEBRERO DE 1859", "FEDERACION" and "REPUBLICA DE VENEZUELA" «Republic of Venezuela».
