In the center, over the field, Coat of Arms with the motto "19 DE ABRIL DE 1810", "20 DE FEBRERO DE 1859", "INDEPENDENCIA", "FEDERACION" and "REPUBLICA DE VENEZUELA" «Republic of Venezuela».
